Referrals4Success prides itself on its dedication to building relationships of trust, valuing quality over quantity and offering support to its members in the form of training, education and other resources-all aimed at helping members to realize their fullest potential.

Referrals4Success members understand and appreciate that no pressure tactics are utilized to encourage recruitment and referral exchanges. However, all members accept personal responsibility and acknowledge  that substantive business and personal relationships require focus, organization, effort and mutual commitment.

Trust - It is essential that all Founders and members have an assurance and belief that what is promised will consistently be delivered by all at R4S. This principle governs our relationships with each other, as well as our relationships with existing clients and new clients referred to us by fellow members.

Commitment - R4S rejects the "grab-the-cash" mentality that is pervasive in other networking organizations. Members commit their time and effort to the process of establishing trust with fellow members because they know that once a relationship of trust is established, the capacity to contribute and receive referrals grows and business opportunities flourish.

Integrity - Members are expected to adhere not only to the rules governing their individual professions, but also to a strict code of personal ethics, the most important of which is integrity. When we act with integrity, we display all of the desirable character traits to successful business relationships, such as honesty, reliability and consistency.

Credibility - One who is credible is said to be worthy of belief or confidence. In order to be effective contributors and recipients of referrals, members of R4S must establish credibility with their fellow members and continually maintain credibility by their words and deeds.

Unique Networking - R4S was founded on the belief that in today's dynamic business environment, a networking endeavor that does not prioritize relationships of trust is doomed to fail. R4S distinguishes itself from the other available networking organizations in the marketplace by valuing quality over quantity and by offering support to its members in the form of training, education and other resources, such as advice, assets, material, or capital, all aimed at helping members to realize their fullest potential.

Creative Atmosphere - We are proud of the fact that our approach to networking is novel. We ensure an honest and productive environment for all members to develop fruitful relationships. We are open to new and exciting ideas.

Monitoring - Founders make regular observations of activities taking place in R4S groups. We routinely monitor referral exchanges, customer service and continuity of relationships. We identify problems and resolve them quickly.

Supportive Environment - We provide encouragement and display respect at all times to our fellow members and visitors. We are inclusive and respectful of all races, religions, genders, ages and ethnic backgrounds of founders, members and visitors.

Effective Communication - Effective communication is clear, concise and purposeful. Members are encouraged to communicate freely with each other and with the Founders of R4S. Members are also encouraged to develop their ability to communicate more effectively with their fellow members, clients and business prospects. To that end, Members are provided with ongoing opportunities to present 60-second and 10-minute presentations to the group. The objective is twofold: (i) educating fellow members about the nature of your business; and (ii) practicing the art of summarizing your profession and explaining why you're the best at what you do.

Positive Attitudes - Members are expected to support their fellow members with positive feedback and when appropriate, constructive criticism. Meetings are intended to be positive experiences that always include the opportunity to learn about each other and about topics of interest to the group's networking objectives. The Founders are vigilant to ensure that "naysayers" are not permitted to undermine the group's positive dynamic.

Consistent Excellence - Members are expected to adhere to high personal and professional standards at all times. Likewise, the Founders continually strive for excellence in their implementation of the Founders' Vision.

Vision - Members of R4S know that relationships of trust grow naturally into business opportunities. Members appreciate the potentiality of all their relationships to blossom into business opportunities. Members of R4S consider everyone within their personal sphere of influence to be potential clients for themselves or their fellow R4S members, and they conduct themselves accordingly.

Exclusivity - You will be the only representative of your profession at your designated meeting location (except as may be otherwise agreed upon between the applicable members, subject to the approval of the Founders). Consequently, once trust is established, all referrals relative to your profession will flow to you.

Partnership - Once trust is established, members become each others' business partners. Members are motivated by, and eager to be instrumental in, each other's prosperity.

Voluntary Referral Exchanges - Members are encouraged to make referrals to each other only when trust is established. Once trust is established, members are expected to be alert for, and enthusiastic about, opportunities to refer business to each other. Members are encouraged to show appreciation to each other when referrals are made, regardless of whether the recipient of the referral can immediately return the favor.

Absence of Conflicts of Interest - Members are required to be forthcoming with the Founders about any potential conflicts of interest they have which would prevent them from freely making referrals to, and accepting referrals from, fellow members of the group. Founders will be vigilant to ensure that no conflicts of interest exist within groups. When necessary and supported by facts, Founders will take corrective action to eliminate conflicts of interest.
